Outdoor Sales Representative – Interior Fit-Out Solutions

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Outdoor Sales Representative to join our team specializing in Interior Fit-Out solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a passion for interior design and construction. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales of our premium interior fit-out products and services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Development & Prospecting:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the interior fit-out sector.
    • Generate leads, conduct in-person visits, and present our products and services to potential clients in industries such as corporate offices, retail spaces, hospitality, and residential developments.
  • Solution Selling:
    • Understand client requirements and provide customized interior fit-out solutions, including partitioning, flooring, ceilings, furniture, and more.
    • Advise clients on design options, product features, and benefits to ensure that the solutions align with their needs and budget.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, architects, designers, and contractors to encourage repeat business and referrals.
    • Offer exceptional after-sales support, addressing any concerns or queries to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Market Intelligence:
    • Stay updated on the latest trends in interior design, materials, and fit-out solutions to provide clients with cutting-edge offerings.
    • Monitor competitor activities and customer feedback to improve our sales strategies.
  • Sales Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales progress, and pipeline status within CRM systems.
    • Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends to management.

Requirements:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience:
    • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the interior fit-out, construction, or design industry.
    • Strong understanding of interior design concepts, materials, and fit-out processes.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build strong client relationships and close sales.
    • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Knowledge of CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Other Requirements:
    • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet sales targets.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with large commercial interior projects or retail fit-outs.
  • Knowledge of sustainable materials and eco-friendly design solutions.
  • Experience in managing high-value client accounts.
