Lighting fit out, replacement of legacy lights to LED, relocating of existing lights, re-arrangement of lighting panels, installation of dimmers, automated lighting system through app control, indoor and outdoor.

Air Conditioning system (A/C) Fit Out for office and data center . We propose the correct capacity based on current and future growth, design and fully install AHU, FCU, Package A/C, and Split control units.

Paint Job for commercial and residential customers. Wall cleaning, plastering, frame or wall paper removal, white color and different colors painting. Paint detailing and brushing. We undertake jobs indoor, outdoor, during and outside working hours.

Carpentry Work, we undertake turnkey projects for complete carpentry work. We design, build, provide mockup sample solution for individual furniture requirement and/or fully furnished office. We customize work according to your needs while choosing a high quality material finishing. We deliver, assemble and perform complete joint work.

Structure Cabling, Audio, Video Fit Out, we undertake turnkey projects for structured cabling system CAT-6 and CAT-7 shielded and non-shielded. We perform IT rack cable re-dressing, labeling and testing, this include low current installation for audio and video meeting’s rooms, office reception, digital signage, and anything related to audio visual communication system or CCTV cameras.

GI Piping & PVC Trunks Fit Out, we undertake turnkey projects for GI piping conduiting, and PVC plastic single and three compartment trunks. We perform installation work, joinery, testing and commissioning. This include cable baskets, T-joining, string hanging. We supply high quality material that meet UK standards.

AC Maintenance, we undertake turnkey projects for Air Conditioning maintenance for types of AC split units, Package A/C, FAHU, FCU, AHU and Central A/C. We inspect and clean filters, we remove pipes blocking using Albright chemical solution and gas pressure, check gas level and refill, check condenser condition, age and functionality, check thermostat and recommend replacement if required. Check motor, pulleys, tension belt, bearing, miss-alignment and vibration.

Coring Job, we undertake coring jobs between slabs in a building, office and residential villas. This is a highly specialized job it require special machinery and experience. This job is recommended for new pipe routing or joinery work between closed concrete walls where hammer drills cannot perform the activity.

Acoustic Noise Cancellation , we undertake projects for acoustic noise cancellation and reduction. All start by testing the level of db noise over a period of time, then based on the outcome of the test and the office material and machinery used we conduct site survey for the surrounding areas, we check glass type, gypsum board filling, rotating machinery, air-handling units, vibrating machines, and then come up with the best possible solution to reduce or eliminate noise.
